Installation steps and installation precautions: Installation steps:
1. Clean the bottom surface thoroughly.
2. Remove the protective film on the magnetic scale.
3. Use the magnetic scale ruler magnet applicator (guide assembly) for installation.
4. Thoroughly clean the surface of the magnetic scale.
5. Remove the protective film from the covering tape.
6. Apply the cover tape firmly.
7. The terminals of the covering tape are treated to prevent them from falling off, and terminal caps are installed.
Installation precautions:
1. The magnetic scale is made of magnetic materials. When the magnetic scale is interfered by an external magnetic field, the external magnetic field will change its functional properties. When a magnetic field of ≥1mT will reduce the accuracy of the system, and a magnetic field of ≥20mT will damage the magnetization strength of the magnetic scale, the function of the system may no longer be guaranteed, and direct contact with magnetic clamps or other permanent magnets must be avoided.
2. The magnetic scale must be mounted using a magnetic applicator (guide assembly).
3. The absolute value magnetic scale has dual code channels, and the magnetic resistance of the read head corresponds to the incremental code. Pay attention to the installation direction.
4. After assembling the read head and the magnetic scale, pay attention to problems such as misalignment, uneven gaps, and tilt.
5. The fixed brackets of the reading head and the magnetic scale must be consistent.
6. If there is a lot of dust or foreign matter in the working environment, it is recommended to use a shielding cover for protection.
