I. The vibration string crack meter acquisition module overview:

The acquisition card module of Milan RS485 vibrating wire sensor can convert the vibration frequency signal of vibrating wire sensor into displacement through RS485 and output by MODBUS-RTU protocol, and realize the function of calibration of different vibrating wire sensors by users through serial port instructions. II. Vibrating string crack meter acquisition module description:

The vibrating string acquisition module is specially designed for the environment with serious interference. In the daily operating environment, analog signal transmission is prone to interference. Transmission wire quality, peripheral equipment configuration, and wire installation environment can greatly affect analog signal transmission.

The module is used with the output of the RS485 digital signal of Milan vibrating string displacement sensor. The sensor triggers the natural vibration through the incoming excitation signal of the module, and then the module collects the natural vibration frequency of the sensor, obtains the displacement data after decoding, and then outputs the real-time signal to the PC through the RS485 module.

The module has a dedicated power supply voltage filtration and voltage regulation system. Provide a most complete power supply scheme for displacement measurement. The unstable reading caused by the unstable voltage interference caused by the common power supply on the machine is solved.

This solution does not need to change the existing equipment configuration, such as the control computer and wiring, and the resulting displacement reading is more comparable to the effect of using fieldbus.

 

III. Vibration string crack meter acquisition module features:

● The vibrating string acquisition card is used with the vibrating string sensor, and the vibrating string sensor of different ranges can be replaced at any time for calibration.

 

IV. Vibrating string crack meter acquisition module precautions:

★LED description: When the module is output normally, the LED light is red and green alternately.

★ Configuration description: The module must be consistent with the configuration of the vibrating string sensor (baud rate: 9600, data bit 8, stop bit 1, no check, sensor address: 01Hs).

★ Calibration description: If the user mistakenly enters the calibration mode during operation, just keep the position of the displacement sensor unchanged, calibrate the starting point and the end point in the same position, if the distance between the calibration starting point and the end point is too small, the module will determine that the calibration is invalid.
